Don't just test your hearing. Know it.

One of the things I love most about what I do is that hearing care isn’t always as simple as adjusting a hearing aid.

Sometimes, it’s about noticing when something has changed.

A hearing test gives us numbers. But those numbers mean much more when we have something to compare it to or history to go along side them.

That’s why I believe in establishing a baseline, monitoring hearing over time, and paying attention when results don’t look the way we expect them to.

Because sometimes, the answer really is as simple as adjusting a hearing aid.

And sometimes, a change in hearing is a reason to take a closer look and recommend further medical evaluation.

That’s why I don’t believe in simply turning things up when hearing changes. I want to understand why.

One test gives us a snapshot. Regular testing gives us a story.

When I see a patient over time, I’m able to compare today’s results with previous hearing tests, medical history and prior patient-reported history.

That history can help us recognize changes that might otherwise be easy to overlook.

It can help us determine whether a hearing aid adjustment makes sense.

And sometimes, it can help us recognize when it’s time to involve another healthcare professional.

That’s an important part of responsible hearing care.

Why local care matters

This is one of the reasons I love providing hearing care right here in our community.

When you continue seeing the same hearing professional, you’re not starting from scratch every time.

I can get to know YOUR hearing history, YOUR hearing needs, and what is normal for YOU.

And when something changes, I notice it.

That’s more than a hearing test.

That’s ongoing hearing care.

I’m incredibly proud to provide that kind of personalized care close to home.

Not just hearing aids.

Not just hearing tests.

Hearing care.

Because sometimes, paying attention to one small change can make a very big difference.
